As soon as we receive your request via e-mail, WhatsApp message or phone call, we will schedule a virtual preparation meeting.
During a short virtual meeting, we will discuss your request in further detail. This is the best way for us to get a perfect feel about your needs and wants. It’s about much more than deciding your accommodations and travel dates. We gladly use this opportunity to give you additional information and exchange some thoughts about the different aspects of your journey.
From all the information gathered during our meeting, we will start crafting your journey to your exact specifications. You will receive a detailed proposal with all relevant information, transparent pricing and handy information regarding your stay.
Find the time to carefully read through your proposal and ask us about anything you want to change or clarify. We will gladly adjust our proposal to accommodate new requests.
